Launch of Hue Heritage Conservation Fund Website
TTH.VN - The Hue Monument Conservation Centre (HMCC) has recently unveiled the Hue Heritage Conservation Fund (HHCF) website - quydisanhue.vn. The HHCF website serves as a platform providing comprehensive, complete and centralized information about the fund, while also being a public and sole address on the internet for calling and receiving support from individuals and organizations for the HHCF.
Mr. Hoang Viet Trung, Director of HMCC, informed that, as part of the Digital Transformation Project of HMCC for the 2022-2025 period, the unit collaborated with the Center of Information Technology of Thua Thien Hue - HueCIT to build the HHCF Information Portal.
“Based on the information provided, the HHCF Information Portal also acts as the sole public address on the internet for calling and receiving support from individuals and organizations for the fund. Additionally, it serves as a platform to acknowledge and express gratitude for the contributions of individuals and organizations to the conservation of Hue's heritage,” said Mr. Trung.

According to Mr. Hoang Bao Hung, Director of HueCIT, the HHCF Information Portal not only timely updates information, images, and activities related to the fund but also synthesizes quotations from articles, compilations, and analyses from press agencies, as well as counterarguments from experts and cultural researchers in Hue. This helps readers have a multidimensional and comprehensive view of the necessity of forming, maintaining, and developing the HHCF.
The Hue Heritage Conservation Fund is a national fund established by the government and directly managed by the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province. Its purpose is to mobilize resources for the restoration, preservation, and development of the heritage value of Hue, as well as investment in projects and items that their funds have yet to be allocated by the state budget or have not been sufficiently allocated. The fund operates as a public non-business unit under the direct administration of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province.
In 2023, the HMCC mobilized and called for financial support for the fund, receiving and managing financial sponsorship from organizations and individuals with a total budget of 8.037 billion VND. They have already utilized 4.877 billion VND for the restoration of the tomb of Queen Tu Du (known as Nghi Thien Chuong Queen). The current balance of the HHCF is 3.160 billion VND.
