More than 200 students draw paintings to celebrate Vietnam Family Day

TTH.VN - "Family - A place of love and sharing" is the theme of a painting contest, which has just been held by Hue Museum of Fine Arts on the morning of June 27 at Diem Phung Thi Art Center (at 17 Le Loi Street, Hue City).

The contest attracted the participation of 220 students aged from 6 to 15 coming from fine art centers, fine art clubs and gifted classes along with those in elementary and junior high schools in Hue City area.

Each drawing is a unique perspective, whose overall is a family story told with the innocence, and adorable cuteness. Many of the participating children demonstrated their artistic talent via highly artistic drawings, containing education significance, with full of love for their loved ones in the family.

According to the organizing committee, the contest is an activity to celebrate Vietnam Family Day (June 28, 2023), and in response to the National Action Month against Domestic Violence.

Through the contest, the organizing committee wants to create a useful and interesting art playground for children during the summer vacation, as well as bring a friendly environment for children to interact. This is also an opportunity for them to show their artistic talent, promote their creativity, and express their dreams and thoughts through the fine art works.

In addition, the contest is also an opportunity for children to express their affection and gratitude to their grandparents, parents, and family members, along with their wishes and dreams about the family of happiness and love.
