Central Coast Museum of Nature received 11 precious animal specimens

TTH.VN - On the afternoon of 19 August, Thua Thien Hue Provincial Forest Protection Department offered the Central Coast Museum of Nature 11 samples.

The second stuffed Saola sample existing in Vietnam

These are precious specimens collected by the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Forest Protection Department during the process of performing missions, including stuffed Saola (Pseudoryx nghetinhensis), stuffed Tiger, Gaur’s head, Saola’s horn, Deer’s horn, etc.      

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Dai Anh Tuan, Head of the Provincial Forest Protection Department, expressed his confidence when cooperating with the Central Coast Museum of Nature to continue preserving these specimens.      

On behalf of the Science and Technology Department, Mr. Ho Thang, Deputy Director of the Department, highly appreciated the donation of specimens from Thua Thien Hue Provincial Forest Protection Department. These rare and precious specimens will be exhibited by the Museum for the sake of research, study and education of environmental protection among the community.
