More than VND 15.3 billion invested in dredging Perfume River phase 1

The project aims to dredge and ream out the Perfume River’s warps with the total area of 5.55 hectares to enable a quick drainage of flood waters and reduce the prolonged inundations in the Perfume River’s lower basins, ensuring safety of works, traffic, ecotourism, environmental improvement, agricultural production, etc.

The fund is from the governmental budget and the mobilization of other sources which will be deployed from now to 2020.
