The summer travel season is peaking, but unlike previous years, this year's domestic travel trends show significant changes. Vietnamese tourists are adjusting their travel choices to fully enjoy their vacations, opting for night flights, train journeys, or personal car trips.

On the morning of April 24th, Hue University in collaboration with Friedrich Naumann Foundation (Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF)) organized an international workshop with the theme “Gender and the Role of Women in Smart Cities and Climate Change Adaptation".

No longer following an academic-oriented approach, the majors and training programs at the Hue University are undergoing shifts to meet the demands of businesses and society.

On the afternoon of December 4, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a courtesy meeting and exchange with H.E. Over the past 5 years, the spearhead education has undergone positive changes with many first prizes at the national exams for excellent students, and many subjects such as biology, informatics, and physics have made appearances at the Asian and international Olympiads. The problem posed is that there is a need for investment and joint efforts to overcome difficulties, reach high, and reach far.

On the afternoon of November 1, in Hanoi, the provincial delegation, led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh, had a working session with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on the contents related to projects on planning, green transportation and climate change. Mr. Shantanu Chakraborty, the ADB Country Director for Vietnam, worked with the delegation.

On the afternoon of September 22, within the framework of the Hue Innovation Day 2023 Forum, the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies collaborated with the Thua Thien Hue Institute for Development Studies to organize a scientific workshop entitled “Thua Thien Hue - A distinctive cultural heritage city of Vietnam, sustainable development through green growth, and adaptation to climate change.”

There is the sign of slowdown against the years 2017 - 2019. It is time for Thua Thien Hue Taekwondo to change for advancement.

Promoting the potential and unique identity of each locality to build tourism products is a right direction. However, in the context of great challenges, a movement is required for tourist destinations to survive and develop, which need to change their approaches and perspectives in term of development so as to attract visitors.

A fledgling sport notwithstanding, Thua Thien Hue sepak takraw has shown its strength and development. With a team of young and good-quality athletes, Thua Thien Hue sepak takraw gradually changes the color of medals through the tournaments.
