Facing a certain amount of skepticism about the feasibility of this project, director Luong Dinh Dung affirmed that he would make the best use of his resources for this blockbuster.

Kham Thien Giam - an institution specialized in observing and studying astronomy, weather forecasting, calendar making, and timekeeping to determine the agricultural seasons for the people, was constructed by the Nguyen dynasty during the reign of Emperor Gia Long.

We went to Mr. Tran Van Duc's house, residing at 9/172 Nguyen Trai, Tay Loc Ward (Hue City) right on the 133rd birthday anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh. Duc's house is located deep in a quiet and peaceful alley.
