On the morning of July 28, the project “Hue - A City to Reduce Plastics in Central Vietnam”, funded by the World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) - Norway (through the WWF - Vietnam), received by Hue City People's Committee, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Tourism, organized the inauguration of 5 waiting lounges and free water stations at tourist destinations, including: Thien Mu Pagoda, Bao Vinh Ancient Town, Ban Nguyet Bridge - Me Wharf, Vong Canh Hill, and Sinh Village wrestling area (Hue City).

It is the Huong River, the river that "embraces Hue in its heart", which is also a priceless gift that nature has dedicated to this place. The Huong River is magnificent from the upstream, with a peaceful beauty and full of poetry as it confluences and hugs around gardens and villages such as Kim Long, Nguyet Bieu, Vy Da, Gia Hoi, Bao Vinh, and Sinh village, etc. And then, before pouring water into the sea, the downstream river area is a place to make a living, which is hard but close and dear to the locals.

On the early morning of January 10, lunar calendar (on February 10, 2022), the villagers of Lại Ân (also known as Sình village, in Phú Mậu commune - Hue city) went to the communal house to perform rituals to Thanh Hoang (Tutelary god), worship ancestors and organize “vật lệ” (a small-scale wrestling event) in front of the communal house yard.
