In an effort to collect and duplicate documents for the work of relic renovation and preservation, Hue Monuments Conservation Center has sent its staff to the Overseas National Archives (ANOM) in the city of Aix en Provence and the École Française d'Extrême-Orient (EFEO) in Paris to access the source of documents related to the Nguyen Dynasty.

On the morning of April 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to receive a mandarin’s hat and a Nhat Binh ao-dai of the Nguyen Dynasty. The antiques were won at an overseas auction and donated by Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company to be displayed at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities.
