With the support of Hue City Martial Arts Association, on the morning of November 10, Vietnam Buddhist Martial Arts Sect organized the opening ceremony of the first Expanded Tournament for Traditional Martial Arts Clubs and Schools of the Vietnam Buddhist Martial Arts Sect in 2024 at Hue City Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, located at 150 Nguyen Trai Street, Tay Loc Ward.

On the morning of October 26th, at Ngo Mon Square, the Ministry of Public Security held the opening ceremony of the 9th “For National Security” Health Congress and the 6th Regulations, Military and Martial Arts Competition of People’s Police in Region 4.

Ranking first and second in the province, alongside the appearance of many excellent martial arts students, Phong Dien District has been known as the "cradle" of Taekwondo in Thua Thien Hue.

Due Son, also known as Mount Le, Mount Re or Mount Ke, has a slightly pointed shape and beautiful form. The Eastern side of the mountain rests on Ta Trach Lake. Among the martial arts of the National Sports Festival, wrestling is one of the martial arts with many competing events. The organizing committee included 22 sets of freestyle wrestling medals (12 men's weight classes, 10 women's weight classes), 11 sets of medals for classical wrestling, and 12 sets of medals for traditional wrestling.

On the morning of July 4, at Ngo Mon Square (Hue City), the Ministry of Public Security and Thua Thien Hue Public Security opened the final round of the People's Public Security Regulations, Shooting and Martial Arts Competition 2022 in the southern region.

Mixed martial arts (MMA) in Hue remain quite new. It was therefore that when a provincial archery coach was the referee at Vietnam MMA Cup 2021 organized by Vietnam Mixed Martial Arts Federation (VMMAF), there arose many surprises and excitements.
