From May to early September each year is considered the low season for international tourists. However, Vietnam's tourism industry in general and Thua Thien Hue in particular are implementing various strategies to attract foreign tourists, especially from target markets.

On the afternoon of July 17, Song Huong Magazine and Truc Chi Vietnam Art Co., Ltd. jointly organized a painting exhibition with the theme "Giao Cua Mua – Cam On Mua He" (Season Changing – Thank You Summer) at Song Huong Magazine Editorial Office. (No. 9 Pham Hong Thai St., Hue City). Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Secretary of Hue City Party Committee attended the exhibition.

On the evening of June 7, in the historically, culturally, and architecturally significant space of Kien Trung Palace, Hue International Arts Festival Week 2024 officially commenced. Hue has begun a vibrant, colorful, and musical festival season welcoming visitor from all over the world.

This is a group of guests from a business that combines tourism experiences and sports festivals on Tam Giang Lagoon. Under hot weather, water wave experiences and team-building games that bond the group make the guests feel excited.

On the evening of April 19, at Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street (Hue City), the Provincial Department of Tourism organized the "Hue - Welcome Summer 2024" event. This event is part of the series of activities within Hue Festival 2024, with the aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome an attractive summer tourism season, as well as creating a media effect to attract visitors to Thua Thien Hue Province.

On the morning of February 2, a traditional Cau Ngu (fish worshipping) festival and a ceremony to kick off the Southern fishing season in 2023 were held at Thai Duong communal house, People’s Committee of Thuan An Ward, Hue City.

On September 9, the Provincial Stamp Association coordinated with the Provincial Post Office to open the Postage Stamp Exhibition in response to the Four Seasons Festival 2022 with the theme “Vietnam, the Country & its People”.

Hue is in the hot season, so many people take advantage of free time at the weekend to go camping or picnic to relax and "cool off".

On the morning of February 9, the Huyen Tran Temple Festival – the Year of Tiger 2022, was kicked off at Huyen Tran Cultural Center (Ngu Phong Mountain, An Tay Ward, Hue City) by the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports. This is an activity to welcome the Year of Tiger, and the first large-scale Festival in the series of activities and events of the “Four Seasons of Festivals” in 2022.
