On the afternoon of October 28th, Hue Tourism College, in collaboration with Cholimex Foods, held the fifth season of the “Search for Hue Culinary Ambassadors” competition, themed “Hue cuisine - Convergence of essence,” for the year 2024.

On October 25, a representative from Thua Thien Hue General Library announced that the 2024 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, has concluded and awarded prizes. Thua Thien Hue has won 3 prizes this year.

The international tourist market brings huge revenue to the smokeless industry of the province. If a good impression can be left on tourists, they are more willing to become tourism ambassadors who contribute to promoting the culture, landscape, and people of the land of the Perfume River and Ngu Binh mountain.

As the Department of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced, on November 18th, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr. Dinh Toan Thang, Vietnamese Ambassador to France, Ms. Le Thi Hong Van, Head of the Permanent Delegation of Vietnam to United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien, Director General of the Department of Cultural Heritage, together with representatives from Ministry of Public Security (Vietnam), the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, and UNESCO, witnessed the transfer ceremony of the ‘Emperor’s Treasure’ golden seal to Vietnam on the afternoon of November 16th at the Vietnamese Embassy in France.

On the afternoon of October 26, Hue College of Tourism, in collaboration with Cholimex Food Company, organized a competition in search of Hue culinary ambassador - season 4, 2023, with the theme “Delicious Hue Dishes”.

Each tour guide is considered an “ambassador” in the tourism sector with the image of a professional tour guide, who well shows the “Hue style”, and will contribute to the construction of a unique destination.
