50 trainees join training course on community tourism skills

TTH.VN - On July 31, the Provincial Department of Tourism coordinated with Hue city People's Committee and Hue College of Tourism to organize a training course on professional skills for 50 trainees, who are officials in wards and local people participating in community and ecological tourism activities in the city.

Visitors are taking foot soaking within the community tourism activities in Thuy Bieu (Hue city)

Via the training course, trainees can learn some basic knowledge about community tourism activities; managing and developing local business activities on tourism services, and homestay services; particularly, enhancing local tour guides’ role, gradually improving the quality of services, destination images, and satisfaction of visitors.

The types of community tourism and ecotourism in Hue are attracting domestic and foreign visitors. Business activities on community tourism services help improve the livelihoods of the community, the material and spiritual life of the locals; contribute to the preservation, conservation and promotion of national traditional cultural values; and protect natural resources.

The training course will end on August 3.
