6 dishes of Hue praised as typical Vietnamese dishes

The Vietnam Culinary Culture Association has honored and recognized the value of the country's typical dishes by awarding certificates of typical culinary dishes in phase I - 2022 for 121 dishes.

Of which, 6 dishes originate from Hue, including Hue beef noodle soup, glutinous rice dumplings stuffed with roasted pork in sweet soup, mussel rice, glutinous rice dumplings, vegetarian fig salad and lotus-leaf-wrapped steamedrice.
