Hue, Hoi An and Da Lat are recognized as ASEAN clean tourist cities
TTH.VN - Three famous destinations of Vietnam including Hue, Hoi An and Da Lat, together with many other tourism business units were honored at ASEAN Tourism Award held by the Administration of Tourism at Ho Chi Minh city.

Previously, in January 2018, at the Southeast Asian Tourism Forum held in Thai Lan, three famous tourist cities of Vietnam including Hue, Hoi An and Da Lat were honorably received the tittle ASEAN Clean City. In addition to those cities, at the largest regional tourism forum, 11 other units of Vietnam were also honored in other categories.
The three cities honored are ideal destinations for domestic and international tourists. Besides the beautiful landscapes, the special culture and unique regional specificities, Hue, Hoi An and Da Lat are also the pioneers in defining green tourism brand name.
In term of ASEAN Green Hotel category, 5 representatives awarded certificates were: Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa (Thua Thien Hue), Sis Senses Hotel (Con Dao) and The Grand Hồ Tràm Strip (Ba Ria – Vung Tau), Four Seasons The Nam Hai Hotel (Quang Nam), Flamingo Đai Lai Resort (Vinh Phuc). Thai Hai Reserve Area & Ecological Houses-on-stilts Village (Thai Nguyen) was the unit awarded the tittle the Rural Sustainable Tourism Production Award.
