In particular, international tourists were estimated at 878 thousand arrivals, up nearly 64%. The number of staying tourists was 917 thousand tourists, an increase of 19%. Occupancy rate reached nearly 70%. Turnover from tourism reached VND 1,902 billion, up more than 34%.

Particularly in May 2018, tourists to Hue were estimated at 377 thousand arrivals, up over 16%; in which, international tourists were estimated at 141 thousand arrivals. The number of staying tourists reached 179 thousand. Turnover from tourism reached VND 364 billion.
