Connecting overseas Vietnamese to build homeland

Over the years, the provincial Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese has strengthened and improved the mission of providing a link between overseas compatriots and local people; well performing the work of people’s external information, supporting overseas compatriots and coordinating with local organizations and departments to contribute to ensuring social security.

In particular, the Association has connected with “Thiên Tâm” Group, “Phuc’s Fond”, a charity fund established by Mr. Nguyen Quang Phuc (Vietnamese expat in Norway) and held the program “Vietnam Meeting” whose president is Professor Tran Thanh Van (Vietnamese expat in France), etc., to provide learning equipment and scholarships which are worth tens of billions VND for poor students.
