Sending labors with difficult circumstances to work abroad
TTH.VN - On September 26, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Tin Phat International Cooperation Investment Education Joint Stock Company, together with the participation of the third partner is SAIKAIKYO Corporation (Japan) held a ceremony of signing memorandum of understanding on coordinating to recruit, train, and take provincial labors with difficult circumstances to do technical internship in Japan.

This signing program aims to support jobs, improve labors’ income, as well as develop human resources, targeting the flow of young labors with difficult circumstances in the provincial area.
As the memorandum of understandings goes, from 20 to 30 workers with extremely difficult circumstances in the provincial area will be supported to do technical internship in Japan free; including orphan trainees, or those having fathers or mothers suffering fatal diseases, and other people with extremely difficult circumstances. The selected labors will be fully funded to work in Japan, including the fee for service, for training Japanese, training skills, accommodation, the expense for two-way air tickets, and other related expenses.
The working duration is one or three years. There are various careers suitable for each trainee to choose and apply. In which, there are some popular occupations such as food processing, mechanical processing, automobile component testing, printing and bookbinding, as well as industrial packaging with an average income of 24 to 32 million VND/month depending on each order.

Employees are covered by insurance and receive benefits in accordance with Japanese law and the regulations of receiving enterprises. The parties will effectively implement the provisions written in the memorandum of understandings, which carry a long-term strategy, contributing to training qualified human resources, creating jobs for local workers with difficult circumstances, helping them to have stable income when working abroad; at the same time performing well the provincial work of poverty reduction and socio-economic development.
At the working meeting, the department witnessed the signing of the cooperation between Tin Phat International Cooperation Investment Education Joint Stock Company and SAIKAIKYO Corporation. This is the corporation that will receive and arrange jobs for provincial labors with difficult circumstances in Japan, following the signing of cooperation arrangement for the Jump non-profit project on appointing – receiving Vietnamese technical trainees to work in Japan with “the Cost of 0 VND”.
