Hue: Monuments, landscapes, and tourist attractions allowed to reopen
On the afternoon of April 27, the Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch specifying fields that are temporarily suspended, and fields that are allowed to reopen under control, including ensuring the rules of distancing, wearing face masks, disinfecting, limiting contact, gathering in crowds; as well as the prevention and control measures against COVID-19 epidemic.
Monuments sites are allowed to reopen to visitors, but measures must be taken to ensure the prevention and control against the epidemic
Accordingly, business and service establishments (including wholesale, retail, lotteries, hotels, accommodation establishments, restaurants, and food stalls, etc.); sports training grounds, fitness clubs, dance clubs, billiard clubs; yoga clubs; monuments, landscapes, tourist destinations, and museums are allowed to reopen, but measures must be taken to ensure the prevention and control against the epidemic.
Activities of inter-provincial and intra-provincial passenger coaches, tourist cars, buses, or boats, leased cars, taxis, and electric tourist cars are set to operate again, but measures must be taken to ensure the prevention and control against the epidemic, under the instruction of the Ministry of Transport.
Factories and production facilities continue to operate, and measures to prevent and control against the epidemic must be carried out for workers and laborers.
Funerals, weddings, and ceremonies are mobilized and encouraged to organize in traditional rituals at home, and not to gather in crowds.
The fields, which continue to be suspended, are festivals, religious ceremonies, sports tournaments, events with more than 30 people gathered in public places, stadiums, and big events that are not necessary yet.
Establishments including amusement parks, beauty salons, karaoke units, massage units, bars, discos, cinemas, video games, and Internet shops.
Restaurants, and event centers organizing events, weddings, and celebrations with over 30 people.
All bathing activities in public places are suspended until May 3.
