The exhibition, on display at Le Ba Dang Art Center, introduces to the public 36 paintings of women painted by Dang Mau Tuu in recent years, using the materials such as silk, oil paint, and acrylic.
To Dang Mau Tuu, the inspiration for painting on the topic of women was evoked by the vibrations of the beauty of the figure, soul, and memories, etc.
The figures of the women in general and Hue women in particular have been "characterized" by the painter in his painting works, with the figure and deep feelings, with the harmonious beauty and depth, quietness, and full of vibration.
The gallery was named "Thank you Eva" as his gratitude to and nostalgia for the other half of the world on the occasion of International Women's Day (March 8), honoring the beauty, and enhancing the role and position of women.
On this occasion, the painter Dang Mau Tuu has presented a painting to Hue Museum of Fine Arts.
The exhibition takes place until March 15.
