Spring in the gallery "Celebrating Spring and the Zodiac Animals"

With 40 works by 39 artists, the exhibition is an interesting and chance meeting among generations of both professional and amateur artists. By using various materials, such as: oil paint, lacquer, silk, acrylic, synthetic, woodcarving, fabric mosaics, flower mosaics, truc chi... the artists have explored many ways of portraying visual interpretations as well as expression styles ranging from abstract, semi-abstract paintings to those following impressionism and realism styles...

The works of art create an emotional picture of spring, with the vibrant colors drawn from the feelings of the artist when witnessing the change of nature, Creation and from contemplating the philosophy of human life.

* In the afternoon of the same day, at Song Nhu Art Gallery (14/7 Nguyen Cong Tru Street), the opening of the zodiac animals gallery with the theme "Canh Ty, gac chuot, thu con". This is an annual activity organized by artist Dang Mau Tuu and Hue painters, as a gift to the public in the Year of the Mouse 2020.

19 artists brought to the gallery 28 works, including 2 child artists and 3 artists from Quang Binh. From familiar materials such as acrylic, lacquer, truc chi, etc., the artists portrayed the image of a mouse with a witty and subtle air of folk art in an anthropomorphic style, creating an impression on viewers.
