Reporting the production process of the enterprise to Mr. Le Truong Luu, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Pham Nguyen Thanh, Director of Lien Minh Xanh (Green Alliance) Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd (Ha Lang village, Duong Hoa commune, Huong Thuy town) said that the company started to produce cajuput essential oil in 2016.
Currently, the company produces cajuput essential oil, citronella essential oil and Sao la oil balm. The company not only serves its products to the local people, but also has are a display them in a booth at 73 Thach Han (Hue City).
Although the company's products have a foothold in the market, and even in markets abroad, the company export activities are mostly conducted through small trading, such as hand-carried goods by tourists. What makes him wonder most is a lack of investment capital and a small production scale. The company’s desire is to have more capital to develop its brand into the province's typical export product.
The biggest challenge for the company is the output for its products. It is suggested that provincial departments should create favorable conditions for the company to participate in trade promotion and in introducing the products; additionally, they should support them to expand the production scale and to apply more modern production technology.
Deputy Director of YesHue Manufacturing and Trading Company Ltd (located at 75 Le Duan, Hue City), Le Thi Kim Hang shared that despite of more than only 1 year of operation, we have affirmed our brand in the market. Initially, the company produced only packaged paste for Hue beef noodle spices, later, we produced lemongrass fried salt and Hue red chili source; and now, various kinds of Hue typical sautés are produced for international and domestic tourists.
For an effective business and market expansion, YesHue has been cooperated with several corporations to introduce its products to overseas market. The company keeps on expanding its markets, actively takes part in inland fairs, exports products to Thailand, and intensifies introducing its products in certain local supermarkets. The company's orientation is to export Hue paste of beef noodle spices and some auxiliary products to India, Korea...
The company wishes to expand its production model combined with high-tech agro-industrial tourism, which reserves a product zone for introduction and display. At present, the company has been working with leaders of Nam Dong district to rent about 10 hectares of land to grow plants for manufacturing ingredients of Hue paste of beef noodle spices and develop experiencing tourism.
Although the product outputs have been stabilized, Duc Phuong Royal Tea Company (located at 24 Nguyen Hue street, Hue City) has proposed to the Secretary of Provincial Party Committee and leaders of Department of Science and Technology, Department of Industry and Trade to create more favorable conditions for its development, especially for keeping the brand “Nhat da De Vuong tea” [One night Emperor tea].

The province always supports and create maximum conditions for enterprises
The Provincial Party Secretary Le Truong Luu and leaders of departments highly appreciated efforts of enterprises, especially their brave orientations in business development. He affirmed that the provincial leaders and all departments, branches and local authorities always support and create maximum conditions because of the enterprises’ development.
As for the Lien Minh Xanh Manufacturing and Trading Company Ltd, Mr. Luu noted that, besides improving the quality of the products, it was necessary for the enterprise to focus on the design of packaging and the design of the products. This is to create impressive impressions on customers, especially tourists. The company has exported products to a number of countries under the hand-carried ways, however, if the company heads to a sustainable development, it has to take into account the long-term stability and creates its own brand.
Director of the Department of Science and Technology Tran Ngoc Nam informed that there were numerous households in the province producing essential oils of cajuput, lemongrass and other essential oils, notably, the prestige is the most important to maintain a brand. To export products, the companies must produce in accordance with a standard process, reaching high quality and stability.
Regarding the proposals and suggestions of the YesHue Manufacturing and Trading Company Ltd, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Industry and Trade agreed to create all conditions and to accompany with the company by proving necessary mechanisms and policies for the enterprise’s development. Although the company's products have been approached some localities, according to Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Mr. Nguyen Thanh, the company should review whether any provinces/cities are in need of the company’s products, the Department would implement promotion for market development.
Working with Duc Phuong Royal Tea Company, Mr. Le Truong Luu, the Provincial Party Secretary, reminded the enterprise of conducting researches on local raw material areas. This will help businesses develop stably and create jobs for local people. The enterprise should consider ordering raw materials to production areas in the province to create a typical value chain of Hue.
