At the 2nd Hue E-commerce Day, start-up businesses had the opportunity to listen to experts discussing the latest trends in e-commerce, helping them enhance their online business performance. In addition, there were related contents regarding income tax for individuals participating in business activities on e-commerce platforms. Furthermore, businesses also participated in networking events, meetings, and professional exchanges on e-commerce among members of the provincial startup and innovation ecosystem.

At this event, startups were introduced to the e-commerce landscape in 2023 and trends for 2024. They learned how to accelerate their business on Facebook livestream, Messenger Shopping, and Reels, as well as receiving updates on Tiktok's 2024 policies. The event also provided an overview of tax policies for the e-commerce sector, and offered guidance on registration, declaration, and tax payment for businesses operating on e-commerce platforms. Additionally, participants learned about using True Data electronic chip label to track product and goods origins - a solution for transparency in e-commerce.
