With more than 20 stalls from cooperatives and small traders in the district, the fair has recreated the living and production space of the highland people, with activities bearing bold cultural identity of the border highland region.

The products brought to the fair are agricultural products and traditional handicrafts unique to the ethnic groups: Ta Oi, Pa Co, Pa Hy, Ka Tu, and Van Kieu. All goods and agricultural products such as dried bamboo shoots, forest salt, dried stream fish, forest honey, beef jerky, sim wine, đoác wine, Zèng brocade fabric, and etc., are all made by people from upland ethnic minorities.

A Luoi upland fair is held periodically as an opportunity for the locality to promote the potentials and strengths of developing culture and tourism to consumers, businesses and investors. This is also an opportunity for ethnic minorities in the district to meet, exchange production experience, strengthen the great unity, and contribute to enriching the identity of ethnic minorities in A Luoi district.
