Artwork display in preparation for the establishment of Art Museum
TTH.VN - On the afternoon of December 10, Department of Culture and Sports in collaboration with University of Arts - Hue University opened the “Meeting” exhibition at Le Ba Dang Art Museum.
Opening the exhibition
The exhibition displays and introduces 39 valuable artworks. Among them, there are 19 works of 18 famous artists representative of different generations of teachers and students from University of Arts, 13 works of 12 artists collected by Department of Culture and Sports, and seven works given to the prospective Art Museum by seven artists.
With plentiful genres including painting, graphics, embossment, installation, and with diverse materials such as oil, lacquer, acrylic, watercolor, synthetic materials, etc., the works vividly reflect different aspects of life, giving viewers interesting views of Hue fine arts. Many precious artworks of artists Ton That Dao, Vinh Phoi, Buu Chi, Do Ky Hoang, Duong Dinh Sang, etc. which are exhibited on this occasion satisfied the art-loving public.

The Organization board presents flowers to artists giving works to the prospective Hue Art Museum
This exhibition is the foundation for the appraisal board to consider and advise the province to buy typical works to serve the establishment of Hue Art Museum. At the same time, it campaigns for the artists’ donation of their works to display at Hue Art Museum.
The exhibition takes place until December 15.
