The exhibition introduces the Buddhist statue heritage, one of the most typical examples of transculturation in faith and religion, through the images provided by two authors and researchers, Nguyen Huu Thong and Nguyen Van Thinh.
The exhibition gives a vivid insight into transculturation
With 54 images and exhibits on display, the exhibition provides a vivid insight into the transculturation, which is rich, diverse and complex, between the migrants and the indigenous community, between the Vietnamese and the Cham, between the ordinary people and the royal court, between Cochinchina and Tonkin, between India and China.

The exhibition is an opportunity to address and re-examine issues related to the study of traditional cultural heritages in general and the Buddhist cultural heritage in particular. Accordingly, it lays the groundwork for the propagation and raising awareness and responsibility for the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values in the present context.
The exhibition will last until May 29.
