Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Ta Quang Dong - Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism emphasized that the festival serves as an opportunity to honor and promote both Vietnamese and global performing arts. It also provides a platform for artists to exchange knowledge and improve their skills. The performances at the festival not only showcase the essence of Vietnamese and international music and performing arts, but also embody significant historical and cultural values of the Vietnamese people.

Through the festival, government agencies at both central and local levels can accurately assess the current state of the performing arts and the vibrancy of music, dance, and song in the country.
