On display: 52 new paintings by young artists
TTH.VN - In the exhibition space at the College of Arts - Hue University, the Third or 2018 Young Artists Exhibition now showcases 52 works by 51 young painters aged under 40. The works are manifested in diverse and unique forms including installation works, drawings, graphics, sculptures in the round and reliefs with a variety of materials.

The display is organized by the Fine Arts Association of Thua Thien Hue Province (FAAT) in cooperation with the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts Associations, Vietnam Fine Arts Association in Thua Thien Hue Province (VFAAT) and the College of Arts - Hue University.
In addition to bringing in a youth-inspired freshness, many entries demonstrate the artist’s skillful techniques and wise use of mediums, speaking for their dedicated efforts and boundless creativity, said the organizers. Among them, the works "Peace" by Nguyen Dang Khoa Loc and "Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc" by Nguyen Quang Man won the VFAAT’s awards, while the "Red scarf" by Dang Thu An and "Young lady" by Phan Thanh Quang received the Young Artist Award from the FAAT.

Moreover, the "Quynh Huong" by Ha Hoang Ngau and "The last generation" by Pham Van Nhan claimed the famous artist Dinh Cuong’s Fine Art Award. The exhibition takes place until April 2.
