Provincial Popular Arts Festival themed “The Epic of the Heroic Land”

TTH.VN - The Provincial People's Committee just announced some information regarding the 12th Provincial Popular Arts Festival, expected to take place from August 29th to 31st at the Provincial Cinema and Culture Center (No. 41A Hung Vuong street in Hue City).
