Spreading a healthy lifestyle to Hue people

On November 7th, the Department of Tourism in collaboration with the nutritionist Mai Hang held two workshops on Macrobiotic diet themed "Avoiding stroke - Preventing cancer" and "Nutrition with Japanese methods - Blood vessel detox".

At the two workshops, the nutritionist Mai Hang discussed the effects of ingredients on health; offered instructions on how to prepare a meal properly to preserve the nutrients in the ingredients according to the Japanese methods and to prepare some healthy drinks. The nutritionist also introduced several dishes that help prevent stroke and cancer and spread the awareness of a healthy lifestyle to everyone.

The two programs are organized following the Hue Tourism Forum 2022 - Healthcare Tourism in Thua Thien Hue Province held last November. According to the Department of Tourism, in due course, there will be many programs that contribute to exploiting the strength of Hue's macrobiotic cuisine.
