Over 1,600 athletes participating in People’s Public Security Forces Sport Festival in Hue

TTH.VN - On the morning of October 24, the Ministry of Public Security in cooperation with Thua Thien Hue Public Security opened the People’s Public Security Forces Sport Festival in 2018 at the Provincial Sports Center.

For six days (from October 23 to 28), 100 delegations with more than 1,600 athletes from the public security units and localities all over the country are participating in the sport festival and competing in four contents including table tennis, swimming, Chinese chess, and running.

This is the annual physical training and sport activity organized by the Ministry of Public Security, so as to help officers and soldiers practice physical training; exchange with and learn from one another; strengthen the solidarity, and serve the tasks well, with the highest goal is to be healthy to protect homeland security.
