Bright yellow pure peanut oil
TTH.VN - Recently, the job of peanut oil pressing is considered the main income earner of some locals, while Thua Thien Hue has an advantage in planting peanuts with an area of more than 3,600 ha, with average output about 6,000 tons/crop. Besides, as people increasingly prefer pure cooking oils instead of vegetable ones sold in market, handmade pressed oils such as peanut oil, sesame oil, Gac (Momordica cochinchinensis) oil ... are more selected.
However, to get the liters of pure peanut oil, producers have to carefully select the raw materials as well as ensure the right process so as not to "waste" peanuts but also retain the characteristic aroma.
