The brilliant yellow dalbergia boniana flower season on To Huu Street
In the previous seasons, if so many people tried to contemplate and take pictures with dalbergia boniana flowers, now it becomes more silent because of the social distancing caused by the effect of COVID-19 pandemic. However, it is not the reason to make this flower variety less splendid and exquisite.
In Hue, dalbergia boniana trees are mainly planted in the new urban areas or resettlement areas. At the time of Hung King’s Temple Festival, the dalbergia boniana trees bloom and make a unique beauty, and beautify the urban areas full of vitality but still charming and poetic. The dalbergia boniana trees are planted and give flowers the most at Xuan Phu new urban area, Hue city.
To take this series of photos, Nong Thanh Toan – a photographer has to start in early morning or at the midday to catch the moments when the sunshine is mild enough to shine on each flower-cluster.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are restricting to going outside so it’s sporadic that the photographer’s lens could catch a few shots with the appearance of some passers-by under the routes shaded by dalbergia boniana flowers.
In another view from above, the rows of dalbergia boniana flowers look like a highlight emphasizing the soul of the city, and make the high-rise buildings harmonious and soft. At the same time, no matter how deserted the streets are, it’s really hard to stop being dreamlike by the irresistible beauty of the dalbergia boniana trees giving the pleasant aroma.
It is peaceful to walk on such streets, regardless of the deserted and silent dalbergia boniana season
