On the morning of May 1st, Hue City Women's Union, in collaboration with Hue City Labour Federation, Hue Youth Union, and Hue Sports and Culture Information Center, organized an event called “Ao Dai by the Perfume River.”

Located 5 kilometers away from the center of Hue City to the North, Duc Buu village (Huong So Ward, Hue City) specializes in producing famous specialty dumplings of the ancient capital land, including: banh beo, banh loc goi (the Vietnamese clear shrimp and pork dumpling wrapped in banana leaf), banh nam, and banh ram it, etc.

Within the framework of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023, on the morning of April 27, the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam cooperated with Hue Museum of Fine Arts and the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association in Thua Thien Hue Province to open a pottery exhibition "Yakishime - Earth Metamorphosis" at Diem Phung Thi Art Center.

On the occasion of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2023, on the morning of April 19, Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened an exhibition of rare books and introduced the work "Ngự chế minh văn cổ khí đồ" by Emperor Minh Mang.

In response to the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, on the morning of April 18, Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened the exhibition “Preserving the Historical Vestige – Discovering Tang Tho Lau (Archive Pavilion)”. Ms. Huynh Ngoc Trang is a familiar face with the Hematology and Transfusion Center, Hue Central Hospital. For 25 years of non-stop volunteering, she has spread the spirit of "Sharing blood, giving life".

On the morning of April 16, the Organizing Committee of VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2023 presented prizes to athletes with outstanding achievements right at the finish line at the Provincial Sports Center (Ha Huy Tap Street, Hue City).

On this occasion, Hue Monuments Conservation Center will also organize a contest "Sharing good books" among several schools, such as Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, Hai Ba Trung High School, and Nguyen Hue High School to spread the reading culture to the younger generations.

After the exhibition "Time" in 2020, the painter Le Van Nhuong is launching the exhibition "Echo" at the Diem Phung Thi Art Center - Hue Museum of Fine Arts.
