Hue has come into summer with the peach of the sun and the sound of cicadas resounding on the canopy of leaves. Sometimes the spring still pours mist into the early sunrise and late sunset. With the desire to see ‘the region of weeping willow’ and the ocean in the middle of this time, we chose Tan My village (Quang Ngan commune, Quang Dien district - more than 15km north of Hue City) to enjoy the rustic, close and serene beauty of nature which is typical of the coastal village of Thua Thien on the other side of Tam Giang lagoon.

Passing dozens of design projects, the project of the authors Do Tri Kiet, Tran Cong Tan, Tran Van Tien, Nguyen Tan Tai, and Nguyen Ngoc Tung from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Sciences, Hue University were honored with the first prize of the contest "Landscape Design of South Eo Bau - Thuong Thanh".

A group of authors namely Do Tri Kiet, Tran Cong Tan, Tran Van Tien, Nguyen Tan Tai, and Nguyen Ngoc Tung (from Faculty of Architecture - University of Sciences, Hue University) was honored with the First prize in the “Southern Eo Bau - Thuong Thanh (Upper surface of the Citadel rampart) landscape design” contest.
