Young artist Tran Ngoc Sy has offered classes of experimental painting for Hue young people with painting activities across places from Thuan An and Hai Duong beaches, Cha mangroves, Vong Canh hill, to the Citadel and ancient pagodas.

The exhibition “The Seeker for the Image of the Nation” introduces to the public the President Ho Chi Minh's 30-year journey through 3 oceans and 4 continents, with nearly 30 countries to find a way to save the country and liberate the nation. The exhibition was organized by the provincial Ho Chi Minh Museum and opened on the afternoon of March 29 at Thuan An High School (Hue City).

This investment project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in August 2021. The investor is the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (in the implementation phase of the project).

On the morning of March 16 (February 14 in the Year of the Tiger), Hue Monuments Conservation Center organized the Xa Tac Ritual Ceremony at Xa Tac Esplanade (Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City), in order to pray for the nation's peace, good weather, bountiful crops, and people's well-being.

That is the feeling of the poet Vo Que in the concluding sentences of the introduction to the publication "The flavor of Hue cakes, steamed sticky rice and sweet soups" by Tran Nguyen Khanh Phong and Vu Thi My Ngoc. The book has just been licensed to be published by Thuan Hoa Publishing House at the end of October 2021.
