Achieving this will not only enhance the role and position of the Institute of Biotechnology in particular and Hue University in general but also the status of the centrally governed city in the coming time. To better understand the direction, implementation solutions, and future role of the center, Thua Thien Hue Weekly had a meeting with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Truong Thi Hong Hai, Director of the Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University.
