On November 5, the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs coordinated with Fédération Handicap International (Humanity & Inclusion) (HI) in Vietnam held a conference to run the project “Enhancing access to information and employment opportunities for the handicapped through appropriate technology and digital applications” in the period of 2024 – 2027.

For decades, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Lien Dai (Hue City) has worked with the Disable People’s Association – the Provincial Association in Support of Handicapped and Orphans to spread love and cherish to thousands of less fortunate lives.

On the morning of September 9, the Provincial Association in Support of Handicapped and Orphans held a ceremony to launch the UpRace 2024, a community running and charity fundraising.
