New tours of spiritual tourism introduced
TTH.VN - On the morning of September 28, the Department of Tourism in collaboration with districts, towns, city and businesses held a seminar to introduce ideas and announce new tours of spiritual tourism.
Thien Mu Pagoda is a famous spiritual destination in Hue
At the seminar, the businesses said that spiritual tourism should be considered as a part of cultural tourism. To develop the spiritual tourism in Hue, it should be associated with other products, connecting the destinations together to form diverse tours. In addition, spiritual tourism in Hue should be combined with other localities in the country and in the region to form attractive and complementary spiritual routes.
According to the leaders of the Department of Tourism, Hue is among the few localities with favorable conditions to develop the spiritual tourism, which is an attractive type and brings high economic profit. In the coming time, the tourism will utilize all the information channels to promote the spiritual tourism to the domestic and international visitors; at the same time, the tourism will cooperate with the businesses to find suitable and attractive tours.
The business introduces new spiritual tours
Also at the seminar, the businesses announced a number of new spiritual tours, such as the Vietnam Hanoi Tourism JSC builds the spiritual tours across the country for the influx of European tourists; spiritual tours in Bach Ma, yoga tours on Lang Co Beach and Truc Lam Bach Ma zen monastery. “Back to yourself” Tour of the Hue Smile Commerce and Service Co., Ltd. combines visiting Hue heritage with visiting and experiencing zen at pagodas, or the spiritual tour in association with the lagoon along 49B National Highway of the Vietnam Proud Company, etc.
Earlier, in June 2018, the survey delegation organized by the Department of Tourism visited many famous spiritual destinations in Hue and had exchanges with the destinations to have the agreement, as well as to remove difficulties in the development of spiritual tourism.
