Professional training on manners for tourism cyclo riders

TTH.VN - The Department of Tourism has just organized a training course on tourism skills and manners for the cyclo riders team to serve tourists in the city.

The training course had the participation of nearly 100 riders, members of the Hue Tourism Cyclo Union.

The training course aims to foster essential skills for riders to serve tourists and improve the general behavioral manners of the cyclo riders in the tourism industry, thereby creating a friendly and safe tourism environment, and improve the tourist cyclo service in the coming time.

At the training course, participants are equipped with some basic knowledge about the tourism profession; try role-play in situations related to customer service, and learn some short communicative phrases in English.
