The delegation introduced an overview of the “Hue by Light – The Live Show” artistic performance program to be held at Ngo Mon, Hue Imperial Citadel in December 2023. The relationship between Vietnam and France, in general, and between Thua Thien Hue province and French localities, in particular, has grown remarkably, promoting traditional friendship with deep-rooted historical, cultural, and friendly ties between the two peoples. The Standing Vice Chairman gave his general agreement on the content of the "Hue by Light – The Live Show" program. He also suggested that the organizing team incorporate patterns representing Hue cultural heritage in the performance. The seating area and artistic performance location must have an appropriate distance; paying attention to the space to create interaction for the audience, setting up the technical plan of the projection system to ensure that it is suitable for the central stage space. Both sides need to develop detailed plans, with the lead coordinator being the Hue Ancient Capital Heritage Preservation Center.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh expressed his desire for cooperation to broadcast the artistic program live on Vietnamese television channels and French television channels, contributing to the promotion and introduction of Hue’s image to other countries, as well as organizing press conferences to disseminate information about this outstanding artistic performance program.

Mrs. Sophie Mayonnave stated that she would work with television channels in France and Vietnam Television Channel to coordinate the live broadcast of this artistic program. It is expected to strengthen cooperation in various fields and establish new effective and practical connections. With the mutual interest and cooperation of both sides, it is hoped that the “Hue by Light – The Live Show” program in December 2023 will be a great success, leaving a remarkable impression on the audience.
