The conference consists of two main topics: two-level university governance, and models and university autonomy. The delegates exchanged many issues such as university autonomy at universities of Flanders, the issues of quality guarantee in university autonomy, lessons learned from university governance at Viet – Duc (Vietnamese-German) University, the issue of university councils in Vietnam viewed from a business perspective, good points in ten years of Vietnam private university governance, digital university in university governance..

This is the conference within the framework of the university institutional cooperation program of Hue University sponsored by VLIR-UOS.
