Talk: “Emperor Ham Nghi in exile”
Now with more cultural news. "Emperor Ham Nghi in exile" is the topic of a talk organized by the Hue Cultural Heritage Research and Development Association in collaboration with the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts in Hue.
The event is held to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Emperor Ham Nghi (August 3rd, 1871)
The talk is scheduled to take place on the morning of August 3rd at the City Center for Culture, Information and Sports and will discuss in depth the life of Emperor Ham Nghi during the years of exile and his artistic life.
Hue Cultural Heritage Research and Development Association will also correct misleading information about Emperor Hàm Nghi and his family members, along with proposing travel agencies to open tours to Emperor Ham Nghi's tomb and relics related to the offspring of Emperor Ham Nghi in France.
Due to the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organizing committee only invites 20 attendees and livestreams the discussion on the Department of Tourism’s Facebook fanpage.
