Thua Thien Hue will evaluate and rank the level of e-government at all levels
Mr. Hoang Ngoc Khanh, Chief of Office of the provincial People's Committee said that the provincial People's Committee will evaluate and rank the level of e-government at all levels.
The evaluation and ranking of level of e-government must be objective and transparent, reflect the actual situation, the result of applying information technology (IT) and the level of constructing the e-government of each unit and locality every year.
The contents of evaluation and ranking include: the evaluation of readiness conditions for e-government on information infrastructure, the IT human resources and the policy environment for IT application, the result of the e-government including levels of presence, interaction, transaction and conversion; the evaluation of the result of the e-government with the specific evaluation criteria group (for district-level e-government).
These evaluation and ranking aim to improve the quality and efficiency of investment in IT application for the construction of the e-government of agencies and localities. These evaluation and ranking are considered as a basis for timely remediation of shortcomings and limitations, bringing into full play the strengths in the application of IT to build e-government; improving the quality of management, administration and serving the people ...
