| The head of the Provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs beat the gong to open the Job Transaction Month |
This Job Transaction Month has attracted 33 participating units, offering 7,420 available job vacancies, both inside and outside the province and abroad. Among these, 18 units are recruiting domestically for positions in industrial zones and service enterprises; 13 units are recruiting for overseas employment in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, and 2 units are conducting student recruitment. Among major recruiting units, Scavi Hue offers 2,067 positions in the garment industry, and HBI offers 707 positions; besides, there are recruiting units for overseas employment, with Daystar providing 484 workers, Suleco (300 workers), and Vivaxan (424 workers), etc.
Along with regular job fairs, the Job Transaction Month is organized twice a year by the Provincial Employment Service Center, in February with the theme “The Spring of Job Connection” and in September with the theme “September, the Autumn of Recruitment”. During the Job Transaction Month, workers are provided with information about the labor market and support measures for workers, and students in their job searching; including communication activities about the policies to support workers going abroad to work according to the Resolution 06/04 of the Provincial People's Council; as well as new social insurance policies and banks implementing cashless credit cards...
This also creates favorable conditions for units, enterprises, and vocational training institutions to enhance student recruitment and labor recruitment; raise the awareness and responsibility of the community regarding job placement and strengthen vocational training propaganda; and promote the activity of sending workers abroad to work under contracts.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Thong, Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center, informed that throughout the Job Transaction Month, from September 5 to October 5, there will be both direct and online connection activities. The online job transaction platform can be accessed at http://vieclamhue.vn/sanonline or https://vieclam.thuathienhue.gov.vn/Danh-Sach-Phien-Giao-Dich (using Google Meet for interviews, which the platform administrator will provide accounts and login instructions) on all days of the Job Transaction Month.
“In order to increase the efficiency of connection and achieve good results in job transactions, recruiting units are required to provide detailed information about the vacant positions, as well as the policies, benefits, and obligations of employees when working for the enterprises. Additionally, the enterprises need to provide clear information about the working environment, time, and location, etc., creating favorable conditions for employees to successfully apply,” emphasized Mr. Nguyen Duy Thong.
