Promoting OCOP products through digital platforms
TTH.VN - On November 29, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development collaborated with the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association to hold a training program on promoting and enhancing OCOP product trading through e-commerce platforms.

The program attracted the participation of various organizations, businesses, cooperatives, and craft villages producing specialties, along with distributors and partners selling Vietnamese goods.
At training session, experts who have been successful on TikTok platform shared their practical skills and tips for building a channel that attracts millions of views, increasing conversion rates and closing sales quickly. The contents shared included effective livestream strategies for all types of businesses, marketing and promotion strategies, together with practical exercises that businesses can immediately apply to their sales channels.
The program was held to promote and enhance the trade of OCOP products through e-commerce platforms, creating opportunities for businesses to display and introduce their products. On this occasion, the businesses also participated in the Business Matching with KOLs and sellers, along with displaying their special products.

This activity is a part of the program titled “OCOP Specialties Festival - Vietnamese Products 2024”, with a mission of promoting the value of Hue’s specialties and boosting the role of trade promotion on digital platforms. Especially, the program is also a part of Online Friday, a National E-Commerce Week held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
According to the representative of the organizing committee, the program not only created opportunities for localities and businesses to promote their specialties but also helped small and medium-sized businesses to access and apply e-commerce, at the same time conveying their brand stories through creative videos, contributing to bringing OCOP products closer to domestic and international consumers.
