Venue for famous contemporary artists

TTH.VN - “Meeting” is the theme of the exhibition inaugurated by the Le Ba Dang and Diem Phung Thi Artist Center on the afternoon of November 22 in honor of the Vietnam Cultural heritage Day.

Cutting the ribbon to inaugurate the exhibition

The exhibition introduces to the public 51 works of 36 Vietnamese artists collected by 2 collectors Nguyen Van Anh and Nguyen Huu Hoang. This is the meeting space of the works of Vietnamese contemporary artists such as: Ton That Dao, Le Trung, Do Cuong, Buu Chi, Vinh Phoi, Dang Mau Tuu, etc. With plentiful materials such as: oil, lacquer, acrylic, silk, synthetic material, etc., the works express the themes of scenery, still-life, women, and reflect personal stamps of each artist.

On this occasion, Le Ba Dang and Diem Phung Thi Artist Center showcases 13 lithographic prints of artist Le Ba Dang which have just been given to Thua Thien Hue province by his wife, Mrs. Myshu Lebadang after the artist passed away.
