Hue International Cuisine Festival 2018

TTH.VN - With the theme “Quintessence of Hue cuisine,” the Hue International Cuisine Festival 2018 will be held from April 28, 2018 to May 2, 2018. This is an activity in the framework of Hue Festival 2018 which will take place in the coming April.

The Festival takes place at Thuong Bac Park, with the expectation of 20 -30 stalls for participating countries and 60 -70 stalls for hotels, tourist enterprises of provinces and localities across the country.

According to Tourism Department, there will be many interesting programs such as food processing and serving at stalls; each country or region will choose to perform and process its specialities to help tourists have a chance to study and learn about its special culinary cultural characters.
