TTH.VN - Innovating the display towards modernism; strengthening propagandizing and promoting heritage values of President Ho Chi Minh in Thua Thien Hue are the tasks of Ho Chi Minh Museum - Thua Thien Hue set up at the 2019 work deployment conference which took place on January 9.

2018 marked the innovation of Ho Chi Minh Museum - Thua Thien Hue in the work of propagandizing and upholding heritage values of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as holding collections, scientific researches and displays, etc. The display and exhibition contents were supplemented and edited towards modernism. The major exhibitions such as Going through the wars, Uncle Ho through children’s brushstrokes, President Ho Chi Minh with his European friends, etc. applied modern artistic solutions and means of modern display.
The museum has welcomed 112 thousand visitor arrivals, an increase of nearly 8.500 arrivals compared to 2017, and collected over 200 documents, keepsakes, in which there are many precious keepsakes directly related to the status and the career of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as the resistance keepsakes of Thua Thien Hue army and people.
With an aim to welcome more than 120 thousand visitor arrivals, in which there are over 9 thousand international tourists in 2019, the museum will strengthen the work of propagandizing and promoting the heritage values of President Ho Chi Minh in Thua Thien Hue, implementing the travel tour project “Following the footsteps of Uncle Ho’s childhood in Hue”, publishing the book “The stories behind keepsakes” which introduces the original exhibits about President Ho Chi Minh in Thua Thien Hue, and constructing 3D virtual museum on museum display system, etc.
