On the afternoon of April 4, the People’s Committee of Hue City said that the program “Gratitude to the Huong River” in the framework of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023 would take place from 5:00 to 21:30 on May 1, 2023 on the Huong River area through Hue City.

Not similar to the “Western Street” (the Pham Ngu Lao - Chu Van An - Vo Thi Sau Walking Street) and Hue Imperial City Night Street, Hai Ba Trung Walking Street is expected to be a bustling shopping street, serving the needs of nightlife entertainment for the locals and visitors, which is also a venue of cultural, artistic and street music activities.

On March 29, The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), the Australian Embassy and the Australian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City cooperated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Provincial People's Committee to organize a conference to promote Australian education, culture and cuisine in Hue City, within the Viet Nam - Australia: Unlocking Opportunities in Education and Agrifood roadshow series.

"Thien thi may doa" (Blossoms of Zen Poetry) was a performance of Zen poetry recitation taking place at Duyet Thi Duong Theater on the evening of March 26. From March 25-31, Vietnamese Zen Poetry Week will take place in Hue. The event is organized by Lieu Quan Buddhist Cultural Center, Hue Monuments Conservation Center, and Tam Viet cultural research group.
