From July 24 to 27, the 2023 Southeast Asia Youth Camp takes place at Nguyen Hue High school, Hue City. This is the first time that the Southeast Asia Youth Camp has been held in Vietnam.

On the morning of May 29, Hue Festival Center said that within the framework of the Summer Festival of Hue Festival 2023, the International Kite Festival 2023 would take place from June 3 - 9, with the participation of many Southeast Asian countries.
